Virtual Greenhouses

The Virtual Greenhouse acts as a fixed canopy over crops. Using smart materials, it protects them from summer overheating and heat loss in the winter. This creates the ideal "microclimate" for crop yield and quality. 

Sensors on the panel canopy adjust shading based on crop light needs, with panels converting UV and infrared waves into visible light. Additionally, integrated gutters redirect rainwater into the soil.

The canopy is a fixed 6 meter structure, that protects crops from damaging weather events, while still allowing farm machinery space to pass.
